Who we are
Uriel Infrastructure Ltd is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Company number 17149109. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address or telephone number, property postcode, service required and the details you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information or details about other people that we do not need.
We use this information to understand and respond to your request, discuss availability and prepare a quotation. Where you ask about services for yourself, we rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract. For business enquiries and other correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to requests and managing business relationships. Providing at least one contact method is necessary for us to reply.
Enquiries are processed by Uriel’s LeadOps service. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking, take payment or subscribe you to marketing. It does not require analytics consent.
Organising enquiries
LeadOps assigns an internal score and category based on whether contact details, a company name and a service selection were supplied. This helps organise enquiries for review. It also checks for matching contact details to link repeat enquiries and uses a spam check to protect the form. The form does not automatically agree a price or booking.
Optional website analytics
Analytics is off until you choose “Accept analytics”. If you accept, Uriel LeadOps records page visits, successful form submissions and telephone-link clicks. It also records campaign parameters such as UTM values and the Google click identifier (gclid), where present, to help us understand which visits led to enquiries. When you submit an enquiry after accepting analytics, its campaign information can be linked to that enquiry.
Analytics uses browser-generated visitor and session identifiers. The event payloads do not contain your name, contact details or enquiry text. These identifiers and campaign values can nevertheless relate to an individual. We rely on your consent for this optional analytics.
This website does not enable Google Analytics or upload enquiry information to advertising platforms. You can reject analytics and still use the website and enquiry form. Choose “Cookie settings” at any time to change your choice. Withdrawal stops further analytics and removes the stored LeadOps identifiers in your browser; it does not reverse processing that already took place with consent. See our cookie policy.
Website delivery and security
Cloudflare delivers this website. Hosting and security systems may process connection information, including IP addresses, request times and technical error information, to deliver and protect the website. This essential processing is separate from optional analytics and relies on our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
Who receives information
Information is available to authorised people handling enquiries and operating our systems, and to service providers that host or support those systems. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell enquiry information.
How long we keep information
Enquiry records are kept for the time needed to respond, manage follow-up and resolve any related issue. If an enquiry becomes a customer relationship, records needed for the agreed services, accounting or legal obligations may need to be kept longer. Retention decisions consider whether the enquiry is still active, any ongoing contract, outstanding complaint or dispute, and applicable legal record-keeping requirements. Security and analytics records should be kept only while needed for their stated purposes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of use or a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Contact us using the details above. We may need enough information to verify the request and locate the relevant records.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Updates
We will update this notice when our website processing changes. Last updated: 4 October 2026.
