How It Works & FAQs

From your first enquiry to an agreed booking.

Three steps to an agreed plan.

1. Tell us what you need

Describe the property, the issue and how to contact you. Include a postcode and any relevant access restrictions.

2. Review the proposed work

Discuss the scope, availability and quotation. Confirm the included work, exclusions and any further assessment needed.

3. Confirm the arrangements

Agree the work and booking before attendance. Any additional work needs its own agreement.

Useful to know

Before you enquire.

Does sending an enquiry book a visit?

No. The form starts a conversation about your requirements. A booking is only confirmed after the scope, quotation and arrangements have been agreed.

What information should I provide?

Include your postcode, the service or issue, and relevant access restrictions. Provide an email address or telephone number so we can contact you. If you are unsure which service you need, choose Other enquiry and describe the problem.

How is the quotation prepared?

The required work, property conditions and access help determine the scope. Further information or assessment may be needed before a quotation can be confirmed. Ask what is included, what is excluded and whether additional investigation is required.

What if I need urgent assistance?

Call 020 8064 0118 to discuss the situation and current availability. Sending an online enquiry does not guarantee an urgent visit or a particular response time.

What happens before a visit?

Confirm the site address, access contact and any parking or working-time restrictions when the booking is arranged. Mention site inductions and approval requirements in advance. Do not climb onto a roof or enter drainage chambers to prepare an enquiry.

Can I enquire for a managed or commercial property?

Yes. Summarise the sites, work required, access arrangements and any purchasing or reporting requirements. These can be considered before the scope and quotation are agreed.

Do I need to pay or accept analytics to enquire?

No payment is taken through the enquiry form, and optional analytics can be rejected. Any payment terms for services are discussed separately as part of the quotation and agreement.
